Determining Shipping Cost

To determine the cost of having your items shipped to you by DHL, simply determine which Tariff Zone the order is to be shipped to, then consult the Rate Chart. Please note also the Declared Value Charge, and the way that we determine the Currency Conversion Rate.

Before any orders are accepted by our computers, you will be shown the exact cost of shipping, separate from the cost of your items. You will also be shown a grand total cost, which will be converted to US Dollars for your convenience.

Other Charges

Declared Value Charge

For each shipment with a declared value over CZK 3375 there is a surcharge of 12 CZK - this applies for each additional amount of CZK 3375 or fraction thereof. International air shipments are governed by the Warsaw Convention including liability limitations. For details contact your local DHL office. DHL may also assess charges for valuable cargo in accordance with section 3.7.6.of the IATA tariff.

Currency Conversion Rate

Charges to a customer´s account in foreign currency will be converted to the customer´s currency using a weekly exchange rare secured through Major Money Centre Banks, plus an exchange fee equal to 0.7% of the amount converted.

Tracking

Orders that are delivered by DHL can be tracked from the moment they leave our factory to the moment they arrive at your doorstep.

After an order is received that is to be shipped by DHL, a tracking number is assigned. This number will be sent to you immediately via email. All you have to do to track the progress of your package at any time is simply click here and follow the instructions on your screen.

Broken Items

Please note that if your items arrive broken, they will be replaced, free of charge (no, you will not even have to pay for extra shipping)

If you choose to have your items delivered by DHL, open your package in the presence of the DHL agent who delivered it to you. If anything is broken, you will be given a form to fill out at that time. You will also need to contact the sales department via email at jirlo@crystal-treasury.com

Service restrictions

The maximum declared value per package is USD 50 000 or local currency equivalent.

Weight and size limits

There is no limit to the total shipment weight or the number of packages in a multiple-package shipment.
